MY ADK Wine Subscription FAQs
What Is the Commitment?
Minimum of 4 installments. 4 month minimum (min. 3 btls per installment) must be met in one calendar year. If you fail to contact us via text, email or phone to skip you will be charged the 3 bottle monthly minimum automatically.
Membership does not need to be consecutive. You can skip months whenever you need. Hold multiple months as well with a 3 month maximum hold. Benefits are put on hold during skipped months.
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
Credit card charges for each subsequent installment will be processed on the 1st of the month or the closest business day. You will receive a reminder email twice before your card is charged.
What If My Card Expires?
If your card expires, your subscription and benefits will be put on hold. After 3 months of hold, your subscription will be cancelled. To prevent this issue, call at 518-668-WINE.
Can I Skip a Month?
Yes, but you MUST contact our team by responding to either the text message or email sent out during the previous month. Then benefits will be put on hold and reactivated automatically for the next monthly installment. You can hold UP to 3 months and on the 4th month, payment will be required. Your subscription will be canceled after the card is declined for 3 months.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime after your 3rd installment, but requests made after the order has been processed will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be given for orders that have already been processed.
Can I Share My Benefits?
Yes! Subscribers can share their benefits w/ spouses. Non-transferable beyond spouses.
How Do I Shop with My Discounts?
In-store: Let an associate know you’re a MY ADK subscriber and they’ll take care of the rest! Online: Upon sign up, you will be provided instructions to set up your account on our website. Once complete, you can simply log in and enjoy your discounts! (Discounts auto apply.)
Can I Give This as a Gift?
Yes! My ADK Wine Subscription is an amazing gift for the wine lover or wine learner in your life! When signing up, use your payment information and the recipients shipping information (or give us a call at 518-668-WINE ext 22 for assistance!). Subscriber benefits and perks are awarded to the recipient unless otherwise specified.
Can I Belong to One of Your Case Clubs Too?
Case Club Members are welcome to gift the My ADK Wine Subscription to lucky friends and family; but dual memberships are not supported at this time.

Event discounts determined on per-event basis. FREE member tasting sessions DO NOT include free glasses. Club benefits, composition & pricing subject to change without notice. Club Members must be present at events to receive freebies & giveaways. Some deals & freebies may require purchase. Free tasting sessions, other freebies, discounts & deals are non-transferrable & cannot be postponed for later use.
