Returns & Cancellations (Modified 5/19 in response to COVID-19)
With a receipt or order # in our system, Adirondack Winery will accept returns or exchanges of the following, based on the following policies:
*NOTE: Please call ahead about your in-person return, we will accommodate via curbside drop-off / pickup service only; unless you intend to do additional shopping.
- Within 30 days of purchase, retail merchandise that is damaged may be returned for an exchange, only on the same or different item of equal or greater value.

Within 90 days of purchase, if you have received a damaged or "flawed" bottle (example: damage by us, corkage or wine flaw - "flawed" means there is something chemically wrong with the bottle, not that you don't like the taste), we ask that you do the following:
- Bring the bottle back to one of our locations. We will gladly exchange for any bottle of wine currently available at the location and time of the exchange (any difference in price may be refunded or balance paid by customer).
If your wine was shipped or you are unable to visit one of our locations within the 90 day window, supply a picture and explanation (via email) of the damaged or "bad" bottle. We will gladly issue a store credit for the purchase price of the bottle that you may use as credit towards your next purchase with us.
- Within 10 days of purchase, unopened bottles of wine (in saleable condition only) may be exchanged for any bottle of wine currently available at the location and time of the exchange (any difference in price may be refunded or balance paid by customer).
