Try this cocktail in our Holiday Cocktail Flight at our Queensbury Tasting Room, or make it at home!
Ingredients
- 1/2 bottle Gin (12.5 oz)
- 1/2 bottle Semi-Sweet Riesling (12.5 oz)
- 1 oz Cardamom Pods
- 4 Rosemary Sprigs
- 32 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 16 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
Directions
Combine 1/2 bottle of gin, 1/2 bottle of Semi-Sweet Riesling, cardamom pods, rosemary sprigs, grapefruit juice, and rosemary simple syrup in a large container to sit overnight.
To Serve Full-Size Cocktail:
1. Rim Collins Glass w/ Cardamom / Sugar mixture
2. Fill Rocks Glass w/ ice
3. Pour 6oz mixture into a glass
4. Top w/ 2oz Midnight Bubbly
5. Garnish w/ rosemary sprig
