Ingredients
  • 1 Pack Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Small Pack Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsps Garlic
  • 1 cup Dry Riesling
  • 14 ozs Can Diced Tomato's
  • 14 ozs Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 Package Gnocchi
  • Basil
  • Parmesan
Directions

1. Saute the sausage, onion, & shiitake mushrooms until brown 

2. Add 2 tablespoons of garlic and cook for 1 minute 

3. Add in 1 cup of  Dry Riesling and cook for 1 minute 

4. Add in the diced tomatoes, coconut milk, & gnocchi then let simmer until cooked 

5. Add Basil 

6. Serve with Parmesan
