This Red Ruby infused chicken salad dressing is sweet and light!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low sugar concord grape jelly
- 1 1/2 tbsps Red Ruby
- 1 1/2 tbsps Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine jelly, wine and vinegar in mixing bowl.
- Drizzle in oil slowly while whisking.
- Continue to whisk until combined and slightly thickened.
- Use for any salad you want!
