Winemaker Notes
We approached this wine very delicately as the California version is our most popular wine and we wanted the NY version to closely match that and hopefully exceed it by bringing out a fresher strawberry taste to it. This was accomplished by selecting a blend of base wines that had bright acidity to them to make the strawberry flourish.

Best enjoyed well-chilled, this wine makes a great match for a lazy summer afternoon; or pair it with light salads and sandwiches, mild cheeses, and creamy fruity desserts!

I tried the new Soaring Strawberry last night for the first time and LOVED it! The strawberry flavor is more pronounced in the new wine than in the old, yet it's not overpowering. The wine is crisp and light and will no doubt be in my glass a lot in the future!

Love this wine over the original strawberry! This wine is lighter and less syrupy than the original. I liked the original but think this one tastes even better!

Congratulations on making a new version of Soaring Strawberry with NY strawberries. The new variety is smooth and sweet with the same great flavor as the original. I will continue to enjoy both versions of my favorite wine!

Hands down the best wine 🍷 ever. Tried it a few weeks ago. While leaving town bought 4 more bottles . Definitely getting more.. strongly recommend!

Absolutely perfect. So light and refreshing. Such a string sweet strawberry flavor. Gorgeous on a nice summer day or even on a cold winter to remind you of sunshine and picnics!

By far my favorite wine. The flavor is not an intense fake strawberry. It is very crispy, refreshing and delicious blend. A go to for summer bbqs and hang outs. Also used a bottle last weekend to make margaritas wine slushes! Would highly recommend.
