Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This medium-bodied, semi-dry rosé wine offers floral aromas, with a smooth entry into fresh strawberry tones, accented by notes of sweet ruby red grapefruit for a tart, lingering finish.
Winemaker Notes
This is a blend of unoaked cabernet franc and Lemberger, lightly pressed on the skins to achieve the perfect light blush shade. Semi-sweet with notes of citrus and strawberry with a slight lingering acidity. A rosé that both dry and sweet wine drinkers can enjoy!
Food Pairing Notes
Easy to drink, enjoy this wine chilled on a warm day; or pair it with seafood, roasted chicken, Mediterranean, and vegetable dishes. Our favorite cheese pairings include brie and goat cheese, while it also makes a great match for fruity, creamy desserts.
Other Notes
Radiant flowers are in full bloom as they rest on a patio overlooking the blue Lake George water on a summer day.

Rose wines are hard to get right, so when I find one I really like, I appreciate it all the more. This one is lovely: it's refreshing, neither too dry nor sweet, and has a lovely flavor of the grapes without all the tannins you'd usually get from the skins, but enough to balance the residual sweetness. I see a lot of summer sipping of this in my future.
