The winemaking crew recommends enjoying this wine with a nice blue cheese that has good creaminess to balance the acidity of and sweetness of the wine or Hawaiian pulled pork tacos that brings the sweet yet savory punch of pineapple and white meat together.

The Reisling is our favorite. The tase is above and beyond any other reisling we gave had. Very flavorful and no after taste!! Excellent NYS WINE

As a full time student and worker, I need a wine that will not make me feel like A$$ the next day! -- cant stop the clock for anything-- but also need to treat myself every now and then. This wine gives you a clean feel the next day, never been hungover from it, no headache, no post day anxiety. Taste and body are amazing YES... But I tend to think of future self a lot. This wine allows me an opportunity to unwind and relax without facing the (usual) next day repercussions.
